What finer time than the fall to revisit Antonio Vivaldi’s all-time most loved work, The Four Seasons. With the excitement of spring, the storms of summer, autumn’s harvests, and the chill of winter … Vivaldi encompassed an entire year’s worth of life into four miniature concertos. Also on the program is Mozart’s Symphony No. 29, written by the prodigious 18-year-old composer who was just finishing a busy two-year period focused on symphonic writing. Experience the youthful Viennese flavor of this great work.
