Laura Campbell

Laura Campbell began playing the violin in Fairbanks, Alaska, at the age of 6 and started playing viola in the 6th grade. While completing her viola performance degree at the University of Oregon, she joined the Oregon Mozart Players and also performed with the Oregon Coast Chamber Orchestra and the Corvallis Symphony. She has participated in several summer music programs, including Madeline Island Chamber Music, Bowdoin International Music Festival, and Encore School for Strings.
In 2021, Laura and her family moved to Las Cruces, New Mexico. She is currently a violist in the El Paso Symphony Orchestra and the New Mexico Philharmonic. She has also performed with the Las Cruces Symphony Orchestra, Roswell Symphony Orchestra, and Camerata del Sol.
