Postponed, Rescheduled, or Canceled Concerts
The health and well-being of our audience, musicians, staff, crew and guild members are first priority.
Due to the Governor’s declaration of a state of emergency, the Secretary of Health’s public health order, the University of New Mexico and the National Hispanic Cultural Center’s decision to cancel all events until April 30, 2020, concerts scheduled to take place at Popejoy Hall through April 30, 2020, were postponed.
We wanted to give you some updates regarding the rescheduled concerts that were canceled or postponed due to COVID-19.
This includes:

Music Director Roberto Minczuk and President and CEO Marian Tanau are thrilled to announce that Brazilian violinist Cármelo de los Santos, an Associate Professor of violin at the University of New Mexico, has been appointed as the new concertmaster for the New Mexico Philharmonic (NMPhil), holding the Karen McKinnon Concertmaster Chair.
