Ticket Policy For Postponed Concerts

Popejoy Hall & National Hispanic Cultural Center Postponed Performance Details

Despite the unprecedented and ever-changing times in which we live, one thing remains a constant: our deepest gratitude for the dedication, support, and generosity of each and every member of the New Mexico Philharmonic family and community.

We very much look forward to welcoming you back to the NMPhil performances as soon as we can resume activity. For the time being, we have had to postpone our concerts between March 16, 2020, and April 30, 2020. We are diligently working to reschedule those either in May or June of this season or, if not possible, next season as extra performances.

In the meanwhile, we wanted to give you your options regarding already-purchased tickets – the best option for your NMPhil would of course be to donate your ticket back to the Philharmonic as a tax-deductible donation.

For events at Popejoy Hall:

  • If your event was rescheduled, please hold onto your ticket(s). The ticket(s) will be valid for the new date/time. We will contact you when the performance has been rescheduled.
  • If you would like to exchange your ticket(s) for a gift card to purchase tickets to a future performance in the 2019/20 or 2020/21 season, please email unmtix@unm.edu.
  • If you would like to donate the value of your ticket(s) as a tax-deductible contribution, please email unmtix@unm.edu.
  • To request a full refund, please email unmtix@unm.edu.

For events at the National Hispanic Cultural Center:

  • Exchange your ticket(s) for any future 2019/20 season performance. All exchange fees will be waived in this situation. Call (505) 724-4771 or email david.rivera1@state.nm.us.
  • Exchange your ticket(s) for a gift certificate, which can be used at any time. Call the NMPhil office at (505) 323-4343, ext. 1.
  • Donate your ticket(s) and receive a tax deduction for the total ticket value. Call (505) 724-4771 or email david.rivera1@state.nm.us.
  • To receive a refund for the value of the ticket(s), call (505) 724-4771 or email david.rivera1@state.nm.us
